Ben Tiffin started with NIBS Group in February 2011 bringing 5 years in the bodyshop industry and 7 years in marketing. Ben has worked with many bodyshops over the years supporting them with the UK's leading vehicle repair tracking system ClaimWatch as well as his own venture helping market bodyshops. Ben has huge enthusiasm for anything motorsport and one day aspires to drive a BTCC car. He lives with his partner in Crowborough, East Sussex.

Craig Jones Sales & Marketing Manager

With over 20 years experience within the motor trade, Craig started out in a family run distributor in the North West starting out in the warehouse and worked though a number of roles and finally becoming Group Sales Director. In 2002 after the acquisition of the company by the DuPont Corporation, Craig moved into the Spies Hecker organisation taking up national roles such as Commercial Vehicle Manager, Loyalty Programme Manager & UK Customer Programmes Manager. Craig joined NIBS Group in 2009 as Sales & Marketing Manager. Craig’s passion outside of work are his family, golf & his beloved Manchester United.

Steve Chittim CEO

Steve has worked all of his life in the automotive industry, starting his career at AGS Coachbuilders developing the distribution arm, latterly named TRI. After eight years he joined Valentines Paints. Following the takeover by BASF, Steve furthered his career with the Glasurit brand and held a number of job roles from Technical Sales, New Products Development Manager to Regional Manager over a fourteen year period. A short spell with Carter & Carter helped Steve develop his knowledge of car manufacturer programmes, working on the Vauxhall project before joining NIBS Group in 2001 as Business Development Director. Steve was appointed Chief Executive in February 2009.

Bernard Berman Business Development Director

Bernard has spent his working life in the automotive industry, having started out in sales with a national automotive distribution business and paint manufacturer in South Africa.

Bernard worked for an automotive distributor in the UK before joining Carter & Carter in 2001, as a Business Performance Consultant. During this time he was engaged in various vehicle manufacturer roles including approved network development and strategic project delivery. His latest role before joining the NIBS Group was as Accident Repair Channel Manager for General Motors UK Limited.

Sue Flint Customer Service Manager

Sue has been with NIBS Group for 7 years, with a total of 15 years experience in the refinish industry which started at Glasurit Automotive Refinish, serving as PA to the Managing Director then into the marketing department structuring paint orientated 'Value Added Packages'.

Sue's day to day functions are the managing of rebates, invoicing and general admin which are taken in her stride, with communication between sales support, customer service and accounts being key to servicing our clients. New marketing tools and ever improving IT systems, coupled with the opportunity to work with such distinguished customers and business partners helps with the functionality within the role.
